How do I receive the program?
The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. From there you'll be able to fill out the dieticians questionnaire form and receive within 48 hours.
I’m new to the gym - is this good for a beginners?
The BOOTYBYCC program is a great beginner - intermediate program. If you're a complete beginner choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
Is the BOOTYBYCC program subscription based?
No, this program is a one off fee of $99.99 USD. You will not be charged again at the end of the 3 months.
Will I need equipment for this program?
A commercial gym membership is needed to complete this program. You will also need barbell padding, ankle straps and a booty band.
